Because our services are digital and intangible, we maintain a “Performance-Based” refund and credit policy to ensure you only pay for a platform that functions at peak efficiency.
3.2 The “Connection-First” Verification
- Subscription & Credits: For “Change of Mind,” we offer a 7-day refund on unused subscription tiers or wallet balances, provided no API calls have been initiated.
- Non-Refundable Executions: Once an API call is successfully routed and a response is received from the destination server, the transaction fee or credit usage is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the business outcome of that call.
3.3 The Systemic Failure Protocol
- Platform Downtime: If the Amanah Solutions platform experiences an unscheduled outage exceeding our SLA (Service Level Agreement) limits, we provide System Credits proportional to the downtime, credited directly to your business wallet.
- The 24-Hour Technical Window: Any dispute regarding a failed API call or incorrect billing must be reported via the WhatsApp Technical Desk within 24 hours with the associated “Trace ID.”
- Refund Logic: Cash refunds are only issued in cases of gross platform negligence or permanent service termination. We prioritize “Digital Continuity” by ensuring your balance is restored so your business can continue to move forward.
