- Service Origin Liability: Since we are an API-based digital service platform (intermediary), Amanah Solutions is not liable for the failure of the end-service provider (e.g., a bank’s server or a mobile wallet’s downtime). We guarantee the integrity of the connection, not the outcome of the external service.
